DELIVERY LEADTIME

Type of Delivery and Delivery Leadtime
There are 2 types of delivery that you can choose :

  • Normal
  • Express

Normal delivery charges are cheaper and delivery leadtime can be from 5 to 10 Business days after order received depending on the item purchased. Please add another 2 Business Day of delivery leadtime if your delivery location is in Sarawak, Sabah and Singapore.

Express delivery charges are higher but for a small premium, we ensure a faster Delivery leadtime which can be from the Next Business Day to 5 Business Day depending on the item purchased. Please add another 2 Business Day of Delivery Leadtime if your delivery location is in Sarawak, Sabah and Singapore.

Delivery Leadtime for Personalised Items :
All order for Personalised items will only start production after an order is placed. Thus the delivery leadtime is usually extended to another 4 days in addition to the usual delivery leadtime.

Is it safe to shop online?
Payment will be taken at the time of order. We do not have access to your card or bank details at any time as all payments are processed via a secure payment system. We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information and use technology such as SSL encryption, access control procedures, firewalls and physical security. If you use Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, SSL displays a "lock" to signify that a page is secure.

How will you use my personal details?
We may send you information from time to time about memorylane.com.my promotional offerings. However, we will not share your Personal Information with any third party without your prior consent. You may be entitled to stop the delivery of promotional information from memorylane.com.my by using the UNSUBSCRIBE link provided in all marketing emails, or by sending e-mail to enquiry@mlane.com.my


RETURNS POLICY

At Memory Lane, every effort possible is taken to ensure that the quality of our products and services is to our customer satisfaction. However, the below applies:

  • If the address given by a customer is wrong or incomplete and prevents delivery, the cost of a second delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • If a delivery is made and there is no recipient available at the address, the cost of a second delivery will be borne by the customer.

If you notice any damage or defects in the merchandise received, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Any amount to be refunded will be credited to the originating account. For credit card transactions, all refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 10 working days of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The bank defines the time frame for the credit to reflect in your credit card statement.
